Summary of the idea/dream: I wanna share a superb vegetable recipe I've invented myself in experimental way. This stew is very well-digestable and contains tons of special nutrients which are especially vital for vegans.
I love cooking and I experiment a lot with products, cooking various unusual stews. Usually I use vegetarian products like vegetables, cereals and vegetable oil, plus spices and potherbs, because you know, in fact it's almost impossible to spoil these products whatever you do with them 
Once I took buckwheat and minced soy meat and cooked them followed by nothing but my intuition, and as a result I got a wonderful stew, savoury, nutritious and healthy
For cooking it you'll need onion, spices, vegetable oil, textured soy meat, buckwheat plus spinach.
Also you'll need a Central Asian kazan pot, which is really universal for cooking any kind of food, from pilaw to French fries and from stewed vegetables to pudding.
The buckwheat with minced soy is cooked in the following way:
First of all you should soak the minced soy meat in warm salty water for a half of an hour.
