Summary of the idea/dream: I wanna share a superb vegetable recipe I've invented myself in experimental way. This stew is very well-digestable and contains tons of special nutrients which are especially vital for vegans.
the onion reach the optimal condition. Then you should fry the soaked minced soy meat together with the onion for about 15 minutes until it gets tan.
Then you should fill kazan with water and pour the buckwheat (I'm not certain about the proportions as I always do it intuitively).
Afterwords you should turn down the flame alittle and boil it until all the water is evaporated or consumed by the buckwheat.
Now it's ready and can be served with green spinach leaves, salty soy sauce, mustard or ketchup.
It's going to taste wonderful and is really easily digestable, plus contains many various vital nutrients like amin acids, vitamins and ferrum!
If you'll add to it sea-weed and asparagus it's going to be an ultimate source of all vital elements! Plus it's just perfect for vegans!
