Summary of the idea/dream: These beverages will help you to stay in shape and be healthy
It's easy to be healthy and slim, just try this delicious vegetable beverage. I drink it everyday in the morning and in the evening, I have perfect shapes, strong health and cheerful mood.
All you need is: 250 ml freshly squeezed vegetable juice (carrot, beet, celery), 200 g yogurt, several drops lemon juice, 1 pinch sea or iodine salt, freshly grounded white pepper, several drops apple syrup, 1 pinch nutmeg powder. Mix vegetable juice with yogurt in a blender. Add there lemon juice, salt, pepper, apple syrup, nutmeg and drink!
The one more beverage that I really like is Lemon tea with ice and fennel, it's also very good for health and easy to prepare.
Take 4 cups water, 1/2 cups honey, 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 4 tea bags orange-pekoe, 3 strias of lemon peel for decoration, 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
Combine water, honey and fennel seeds in a pot, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, add tea bags and lemon peel, let the tea brew for 5 minutes. Then pour the tea in a jug
