To take these steps company needs a well-chosen staff consisting of enthusiasts, ambitious, talented and devoted people who are eager to work for the company. To maintain the staff spirit boss should not only employ a group of specialists and dictate them his will, his rules and point of view but motivate them, make them move but not kick and press! Every person, especially creative one, requires specific approach and specific conditions to work in, so it should be also considered.
