Summary of the idea/dream: Second part of my view on being a boss.

Some of my conclusions concerning being a boss were introduced before. I'd like to add something. My latest observations showed the following. Boss should be WISE, he really has to be! To be wise first of all means consider every step your company's gonna take. To take these steps company needs a well-chosen staff consisting of enthusiasts, ambitious, talented and devoted people who are eager to work for the company. To maintain the staff spirit boss should not only employ a group of specialists and dictate them his will, his rules and point of view but motivate them, make them move but not kick and press! Every person, especially creative one, requires specific approach and specific conditions to work in, so it should be also considered. What's more if you already have a certain staff being a boss you must appreciate the people you work with. As for discharge…Well it's a delicate question.
