I've got a dream to start my own business one day, preferably together with my future husband. I don't know what it will be yet, perhaps some kind of manufacture or something educational. But there will be some people subordinate to me for sure and I'll have to arrange my position regarding these people in the way of effective work. It's a really important moment. I often think about that…what I'll be like as a boss. I've been working for six years for the moment and I've tried several companies taking different positions there, watching the directors and managers dealing with me and other employees. Lots of situations took place and I always tried to imagine myself being a boss, I'm still asking myself "What would I do if I were in my boss's shoes?". Sometimes I could understand my direction sometimes I felt they were wrong. Thus I've made some conclusions but they are just theoretical for a while. Maybe practice will change them, who knows…
