I'd like to give you ideas how to prepare beauty salads. These salads are not only useful for your stomach but also good for the health and beauty of your hair and skin.
1. Take 5 tablespoons oatmeal, 5 tablespoons cold water, 1 tablespoon milk or sweet cream, 2 teaspoons honey, 5 hazelnuts. In the evening put oatmeal in the water. And in the morning add there milk or cream, honey and chopped hazelnuts. Mix these all and eat very slowly.
2. Try to eat this salad for a month. It's really useful for skin and hair. This salad includes mineral salts, vitamin B, organic acids and Vitamin C. You will need 2tablespoons oatmeal, 6 tablespoons cold water, 3 tablespoons cold milk, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 big apple, juice from 1 lemon. Put oatmeal in water and keep there for an hour. Then add milk, sugar and grated apple. Squeeze juice from 1 lemon and your salad is ready.
