Summary of the idea/dream: Be in fit, be ready for the spring!
Spring is the time of changes. And not only external changes, but also internal. It's the time to think about what you eat. It's better stop eating heavy hot meal and begin eating useful and light meal. Even if you like how you look and don't have extra pounds this plan is also good for you.

So, eat bananas and bitter chocolate - they help to cope with low spirit and emotional tiredness. Enrich your daily ration with fresh fruits and vegetables, sauerkraut, fish, shrimps, salads with seaweed. Seafood helps to fill up the deficit of iodine. Lack of iodine make you feel tired and sick in spring.

Don't forget about sour-dairy products which maintain microflora balance in bowel. You can choose kefir, yoghurt or any other product but they should be fresh. Just drink glass of sour-dairy product each time before sleeping and it will help you to regulate bowel activity. It's also very good to eat every morning some prunes and dried apricots.
