If you don't want mascara leak, try my idea.

First of all - Don't put too dark make-up on your face! Choose natural colors of crumbly eye-shadows. Bend your head back a little bit and look at the mirror top-down to be sure that eye-shadows won't clot on your eyelids.

Forget About Eyeliners. It will melt very quickly during the hot weather because eye liners contain wax. Use liquid eyeliner instead of usual eyeliners.

Underline Eyelashes. Waterproof mascara is the easiest method to avoid black stains under your eyes.
