Secondly, anger can be caused by fear or psychic trauma, in this case anger serves as protective reaction. These two cases need psychological intervention. But if you don't have such problems, the following ideas to calm down are for you:
1. Breathe deeply and evenly. When you lose control over yourself, your pulse quickens, you begin to breathe fast, blood circulation increases. If you make yourself breathe evenly, it can bring you to your usual self.
