Ladies and gentlemen I have came to a realization this evening.. If you meet or talk to someone and at first thought they are everything you ever wanted, be forewarned, this is the rose colored glasses syndrome.. If you have recently been hurt or come from a bad relationship, your heart is very vulnerable and soft.. You are looking for some one to ease your pain.. There are men and women, who will, at the drop of the hat realize this.. I made this mistake almost 5 years ago, except I was the that man.. Funny thing happened though, I fell madly in love with this woman.. I never wanted to hurt her and in my fear of hurting her I kept things from her.. I never trusted her love for me to withstand any emotional trama.. In turn I lied about the smallest of things..
Fear makes us do REALLY stupid stuff.. If I had it to do over again I would change the way we started off.. I wouldn't have tried to be everything she ever wanted I would have just been me.. Because of my fear of her knowing
