When all best guitar players of today like Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and John Petrucci team up for a world tour the usually perform tunes composed by Jimi Hendrix several decades ago; all professional jazz and rock bass-players recall the solos composed by Jaco Pastorius with a silent awe. Not a single contemporary rock singer has such tremendous vocal abilities as Freddy Mercury. Ginger Baker is considered the best drummer of the past; Keith Emerson is the keyboard legend of rock music, and so is Rick Wakeman.
My dream is that all these greatest musicians of the past formed a Dream Team rock band that would record an ultimate rock album incarnating all the achievements of rock music of 70ies-80ies.
This album would make the world rock!
