You know recently I've noticed my memory is becoming worse. I'm not a follower of taking medicine. So I've decided to find out whether there is some other way to improve my memory except preparations. Well it turns out to be 5 simple handy natural products strengthening brainpower.
Researchers believe cranberry take first place in the list of ‘smart food'. It contains antioxidants interacting with oxygen free radicals. These radicals make cholesterol harmful for a heart and vessels and cause age-associated memory and locomotor system functioning impairment.
Whortleberry goes second. This berry has the same properties as cranberry though less antioxidants. Instead it contains substances improving eyesight!
Large-leaved beet and cabbage win third place. Substances in these vegetables destroy enzymes that lead to Alzheimer's disease and cognitive function decrease.
High fat fish goes fourth. Such kind of fish as salmon, sardine and herring contain fatty acids that also break up
